Hot diggity dog! From Schnauzers to Chihuahuas to Great Danes, dogs of all sizes will be pampered with the Half Moon Bay Inn’s new “Dog Gone Good” package available this summer. Our dog-friendly, 14-room boutique inn in the heart of town offers guests all the comforts of home and then some with crisp fine white linens, plush down-filled duvets, crystal glassware and locally-roasted organic coffee.
All things “woof” are celebrated at the Inn, and guests and their four-legged friends who book this pooch package will receive:
· Overnight accommodations at the Half Moon Bay Inn in one of the deluxe Colossal King or Cottage Suite rooms
· A $50 voucher for lunch on the dog-friendly Tuscan-style patio of on-site restaurant It’s Italia
· A wash and dog grooming session with Pampered Pup
· Plush dog bed for the room
· Feeding dish for the room
· A local map of great dog walking trails
· A list of all the dog-friendly restaurants in town
The “Dog Gone Good” package is valid Sunday through Friday nights from July through September, 2010, excluding the Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends. The package starts at $205 per night, single or double occupancy, and is based upon availability. The package represents a 25% discount from the normal price of accommodations and services. Stressed out from the work week and it’s only Tuesday? Get away from it all with the Inn’s new “Weekday Getaway Package”! Guests can leave their worries at home and enjoy a brief respite at the Inn for a relaxing, affordable and uncomplicated getaway package that includes:
- Overnight accommodations at the Half Moon Bay Inn
- A gift certificate for $50 at It’s Italia restaurant (excluding tax, gratuity and alcohol)
- A luxurious black bathrobe from the Half Moon Bay Inn drop-shipped to the guest’s home as a memento of their stay
The “Weekday Getaway” package is valid Sunday-Thursday nights. The package starts at $210, single or double occupancy, and is based upon availability. The package represents a 25% discount from the normal price of accommodations and services. Additional robes available for purchase at $75, which is a 25% savings off of the regular retail cost. Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival, Oct. 2010
Stay at the Half Moon Bay Inn for this year’s 40th annual HALF MOON BAY ART & PUMPKIN FESTIVAL, Oct. 16-17. The World Pumpkin Capital of Half Moon Bay celebrates its bountiful fall harvest and autumn splendor with a spectacular lineup paying homage to The Great Gourd including a special display of gigantically enormous champion pumpkins, three stages of smashing entertainment, live music, the FedEx Great Pumpkin Parade, a bone-chilling Haunted House, harvest-inspired crafts, homestyle foods, expert pumpkin carvers, photos with the grand champion gourd, pie-eating and costume contests, The Golden Gourds Youth Talent Show, The Take 5 Lounge with giant screen TV, festival-label wine and Mavericks Pumpkin Harvest Ale.
